Prof. Dr. José-Miguel Rubido, Notary
Professor at the Faculty of Law, Criminal Sciences, and Public Administration at the University of Lausanne. He teaches inheritance law, property law, and notarial law.
Holder of a doctorate in real estate law and a DEA in rural land law from the University of Geneva, as well as a CAS in inheritance law from the University of Lausanne.
Custodian of the Minutes of Maître Christian Goerg and Maître Clément Deprez.
Former President of the Geneva Chamber of Notaries (2021-2023), member of the Swiss Notaries Federation, and member of the Council of the Swiss Notariat Foundation Council. He is also the Director of the Center for Notarial Law at the University of Lausanne and a member of the editorial board of the journal Notalex.
Maître Rubido has been practicing as a notary since his appointment in 2002.
